什么是 MRA Cerebrovascular？
脑血管MRA（磁共振血管造影）是一种专门的MRI技术，无需使用X射线或导管即可显示脑内血管（脑动脉和静脉）。它可以检测动脉瘤、动脉狭窄、血管畸形，并评估脑血流。
工作原理： MRA使用特殊的MRI序列使流动的血液呈亮色（时间飞跃法）或使用对比材料（钆增强MRA）来显示血管。该技术可以在没有对比剂的情况下进行（非对比MRA），或使用对比剂以改进血管显示。
MRA Cerebrovascular 的常见用途
颅内动脉瘤检测
Detect and characterize intracranial aneurysms before rupture. Assess aneurysm size, location, and relationship to parent vessels. Screen high-risk patients (family history, polycystic kidney disease, coarctation of aorta).
脑动脉狭窄评估
Identify and quantify narrowing of cerebral arteries (intracranial atherosclerosis). Assess for moyamoya disease, vasculitis, or dissection. Guide medical vs surgical management decisions.
动静脉畸形（AVM）评估
Characterize AVM location, size, feeding arteries, and draining veins. Plan treatment (embolization, surgery, radiosurgery). Monitor treatment response and detect recurrence.
血管夹层
Detect arterial wall dissection with intramural hematoma. Identify intimal flap, double lumen, or vessel tapering. Assess for pseudoaneurysm formation.
静脉窦血栓
Detect thrombosis in dural venous sinuses and cerebral veins. MR venography (MRV) specifically visualizes venous structures. Identify venous congestion and collateral pathways.
卒中血管评估
Evaluate arterial occlusion in acute stroke. Identify treatable occlusions for thrombectomy. Assess collateral circulation. Guide acute stroke treatment decisions.
