Subject to the terms and conditions of this License Agreement, WellAlly grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install and use the WellAlly application (hereinafter the "Software") on your personal devices. This license is for your personal, non-commercial use only.
Unless explicitly authorized in this Agreement, you may not:
All rights, title and interest in the Software and all copies thereof (including but not limited to all intellectual property rights) are owned by WellAlly or its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any intellectual property rights, except for the limited usage rights expressly granted in this Agreement.
The "WellAlly" name, logo and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans used in the Software are trademarks of WellAlly or its licensors. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written consent.
The Software may contain or use third-party software components that are subject to their respective license agreements. Key third-party components include:

• Tailwind CSS - MIT License
• Radix UI - MIT License
The complete license text for these third-party components can be found on their respective project websites.
We may occasionally provide updates, upgrades or new versions of the Software. These updates may be automatically downloaded and installed, or may require manual installation. The updated Software will be subject to this Agreement, unless the update is accompanied by a new license agreement. You understand and agree that we are not obligated to provide any updates or upgrades.
Use of the Software is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the data collection, use and sharing practices described in the Privacy Policy.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
You use the Software at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WellAlly shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Software.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WellAlly AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS OR LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
The above limitations apply even if WellAlly has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This License will terminate automatically if you violate any of the terms of this Agreement, without prior notice. In addition, we may terminate this License at any time for any reason or no reason.
Upon termination of the License, you must immediately cease using the Software and delete all copies from your devices. The provisions of this Agreement regarding intellectual property, disclaimer, limitation of liability and dispute resolution shall survive termination of the License.
You may not export or re-export the Software to any country or region subject to export control laws of China or other applicable countries. You declare and warrant that you are not located in such countries or regions and are not subject to such export restrictions.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and WellAlly regarding the Software and supersedes all prior oral or written agreements regarding this subject. Any modification of this Agreement must be in writing and signed by WellAlly.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the courts of our location with jurisdiction.
