什么是 MRI Breast？

MRI Breast 的常见用途

Annual breast MRI screening for women at high risk (BRCA mutation, strong family history, prior chest radiation). MRI detects cancers earlier than mammography in high-risk women. Often used in combination with mammography.
新诊断乳腺癌分期
Assess extent of disease, measure tumor size accurately, detect additional lesions in same or contralateral breast. Evaluate for lymph node metastases and chest wall involvement. Guide surgical planning (breast conservation vs mastectomy).
新辅助化疗监测
Monitor tumor response to neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Assess residual disease extent. Predict pathologic complete response. Guide surgical planning after treatment. More accurate than clinical exam or mammography.
乳腺植入物评估
Detect silent implant rupture, assess implant integrity, evaluate capsular contracture. Identify intracapsular vs extracapsular rupture. Guide decisions regarding implant replacement or removal.
乳腺摄影/超声结果不确定
Further evaluate suspicious findings seen on mammography or ultrasound. Differentiate scar from recurrence. Solve diagnostic dilemmas. Detect occult primary cancer in patients with axillary metastases.
检测癌症复发
Monitor for local recurrence after treatment. Differentiate post-treatment changes from recurrent cancer. Evaluate response to treatment in metastatic disease.
