什么是 Elastography Liver Fibrosis?

MR elastography provides similar information with excellent correlation to fibrosis but is more expensive and less available. Conventional ultrasound evaluates liver parenchyma and can identify complications of cirrhosis. Liver biopsy remains the gold standard but is invasive.
